The July poker league at Poker.com started Monday 10th this week. This poker league is open for everyone with only requirement that you are listed in our free poker newsletter.

The traffic was moderate with around 40 players in the Monday Freeroll and 10 players in the Wednesday $2 buy-in.

Congratulations to “DevilsGun” who won the freeroll event and “MountainBoy” for winning the $2 buy-in.

At the league standings page we now see that “Borgie” has taken the lead with 51 points before “MountainBoy“, who collected 40 points and second place by winning Wednesdays $2 buy-in. In fact all the 10 players participated in the buy-in event has placed themselves at the top of the leader board.

We have a lot of players playing the Monday freerolls hoping to place themselves in the top 20 and receive league points, however, the stats from last months poker league revealed that just by participating, not winning, at 1 $2 buy-in event gave enough points for a final seat. Next event is the Freeroll on Monday 17th and the password needed to register for this 3rd event is: checkraise and its open for everyone.

We continue the success of our last poker league at Poker.com starting tonight Monday July 10th at 8PM EST.

The rules and information regarding our poker league can be found in the Special Section of our main Website. In short there will be:

• 8 Events - Every Monday (freerolls) and Wednesday ($2 Buy-ins)
• Top 20 players advance to a special final freeroll
• $20,000 Freeroll coupon for the final winner
• $100 for the player that collects most points before the final

To participate in the poker league is free and only requires that you are listed for our newsletter since the passwords are sent out there including the information about the league there such as winners, extra prizes, changes etc.

We are experiencing some great summer and with it the flops are hitting, hopefully. As some of our team members are Swedish soccer fans we can only say good luck at the next championship and good luck to England for our English members!!

New poker articles have been added in the articles section. One is Introduction to Seven Card Stud which is only some beginners pointers and hints of the game and another poker article, How to play a flopped middle-pair, which we all know can be tricky and expensive.

Finally we are back from the world cup of soccer in Germany. The HoldemBonus crew have been limited for aprox 2 weeks and thats why only promotions and bonuses have been updated.

We are looking to start the next poker league in July and more information will soon come in our newsletter as well.

In the poker community there are a few interesting reviews coming up shortly as well as an update of older reviews. The poker promotions and bonuses are updated regularly every day but the poker room reviews can be up to 3 months old. This is something we have hired personal to atted so that the reviews will be updated regularly too.

We have been running a poker league at Poker.com for a couple of months and the next league will be up shortly.
